James P Sullivan (Sulley)

What I Used:
- Blue candy melts
- Marshmallow fondant (horns)
- White candy melts (eyes)
- Dark blue candy melts (nose - blue with a touch of black candy color)
- White nonpareils (teeth)
- Black and blue edible markers
